Currently serving as Head Coach and Section Manager for FC Nantes’ D1F Women’s Team, he has built a career focused on nurturing talent and fostering a winning mentality.
His journey began in youth football, where he coached a range of age groups (U9 to U17) and took on key roles, such as Head of U10-UTI and Assistant Coach for Pre-Formation Teams. With a UEFA A License and a Master’s degree in Sports Training and Performance, Nicolás blends academic expertise with hands-on experience to craft innovative training methodologies.
Always eager to evolve, Nicolás has trained at top clubs like FC Barcelona Escola, Real Sociedad, and LOSC Lille, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into his coaching.
